Three months before, I was pretty confused about a very special and worthy opportunity and to some extent, I was reluctant as well to go with it but when I saw a little flexibility in classes and my schedule, I motivated myself to go for it and to break the shackles. Since, I started my fellowship that was “amal fellowship “ on a high note and grasped the attention of the audience at the start and found it very interesting and fascinating though challenging as well. By changing, I want to elaborate the way of doing hard work and to come out of your comfort zone which was never an easy task for any individual.

Few days ago, I found myself in the last and memorable session of “Taking Flight” whose sole purpose in my opinion was to “say it out” whatever you have in your mind. It really was a wonderful session as I was blessed to see such a positive change in the society and especially in almost every individual. It was a kind of sense achievement for everyone that was there. In addition to this, we found ourselves closer to each other and it helps in building connections and networks in a manner able way.

After that session, I thought of an idea to connect myself with every fellow and thus, I started spreading text messages to each and every fellow by showing some gratitude and then asking for them for a healthier connection for the sake of friendship and networking. I was surprised to see such a wonderful response from my fellows and they were very cooperative and friendly indeed. This made my day and I didn’t explain that joy in words.

For me, Learning is something that is continuous as well as it doesn’t have any limitations in terms of age, gender or any other related factor, so, it is a long term process. I found myself really engaged in the process of learning during the tenure of academy beside a busy and hectic schedule. Hence, it was not only the soft skills that I learnt but the hard skills as well, so, it was a complete package of experience, expertise and consistency.
